At Bitpanda, he brought customer centricity to the heart of crypto and stock trading—building a Support QA function from scratch, embedding AI and automation into CX, and turning support insights into product-driven revenue.

Now at Tatum.io, he applies that same philosophy in blockchain infrastructure, where he built Support from zero and helped drive enterprise retention and ARR growth.Guided by the belief that “the best support is the one you don’t need,” Nestor is passionate about designing frictionless, intuitive experiences that simply work. His work focuses on Customer Experience Strategy, Support Operations, CRM ownership, AI integration, and Voice of the Customer programs.
